FIELD TRIP
In addition to the publication series „Landscape for Architects“ the task of „Field Trip“ comes in:Take a look at the questions and think about which places in your area answer exactly these questions. The pictograms on the right and the links on the left serve as inspiration. Now try, as in the example given, to photograph the open page together with the identified location so that the question is clearly visible. Think about whether the place can not answer other questions or whether the question can also be „answe- red“ by other situations.
We are excited to present the outcome of 2 years „FIELDTRIP“ – a global teaching format in collaboration with the book “Landscape for Architects” by Gabriele G. Kiefer and Anika Neubauer from the Architecture Department | Technische Universität Braunschweig. The movie shows contributions from students of Technische Universität Braunschweig, Hochschule Anhalt and Universidad Diego Portales Santiago de Chile as well as images by the international renowned architectural photographer Hanns Joosten. The aim of this format is to establish a global exchange on topics including public space, the use of our built environment or designing in times of climate change through photography. The publication serves as a visual research tool which questions the individual surroundings.

Landscape for Architects has been published with Birkhäuser in August 2020 and can be purchased in every bookstore worldwide.
